The Annual General Meeting on 8th September 2009 was inquorate and will now be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 22nd September 2009 at Council House, Corporation Street, Derby DE1 2FS.

In accordance with our Constitution, we invited nominations for the election of five Board positions. However, as we received fewer than five nominations, there is no need for an election and those persons nominated are returned unopposed. We hope to see as many members as possible at the AGM.
